Laughable thread title. Nowhere in the article does it say 'If Vitali fights on, it'll be v the Arreola- Stiverne winner'. A **** stirring thread. The fact is Vitali has been ducking the brutal power puncher Stiverne for years despite him holding the number 1 ranking spot. I think Vitali knows he can't take Stiverne's relentless body attack and will retire once he (Stiverne) disposes the game Arreloa in a much more impressive fashion than he previously did in his prime.

Why would Vitali and the great Bonte offer Haye much more than a mandatory challenger? Do you think Bonte's stupid? You don't become the premier HW kingpin promoter by being an idiot. Haye should be offered no more than Manny Charr in all honesty and if he doesn't like it he can go back to the jungle.

They should offer Haye the fight for NO MONEY AT ALL. He only gets paid if he wins. Otherwise, let him **** off to wherever he wants, never to be heard from again.

If a winner-take-all arrangement was all that was put in front of David, we'd never hear a peep out of him again about fighting VK.

Why do you morons not want to see Haye/Vitali? It's the best that can be made at Heavyweight. Stop being gay fanboys; this is boxing FFS.

Wlad-Povetkin is a more significant fight and would no doubt be much more entertaining, even if uncompetitive. Wlad-Pulev, Wlad-Fury, Fury-Price, Haye-Ruiz II, plenty of better match-ups out there than Vitali-Haye.

Vitali-Haye is almost certainly a stinker. I'd watch it regardless.

Really? Vitali is still the 2nd best heavyweight atm and I, and many others, consider Haye to be the 3rd.

How can you say Haye-Ruiz II would be better? ****ing hell. :huh

Why do you think the Ibragimov/Kevin Johnson hybrid David Haye would make for "the best fight at HW"?

The Haye-Ruiz II bit was a joke. I don't think Vitali is as past it as many people, but I didn't enjoy Wlad-Haye much and I doubt Vitali-Haye would be more entertaining--honestly, I think it'd probably be even worse with less action. I think there are quite a few better fights to be made, rankings aside, than Vitali-Haye.
