    I watched that fight live and Ward outboxed him beautifully, Meckonshev had no answer, he fights better when he is in with better opposition, looking forward to the seniors again hopefully him and Egan meet in the final again.

    Boxed terrible against an Iranian in the worlds, worst ive ever seen him and lost on countback, then he lost to a Turk in Turk and supposedley the fight wasnt even close, Turkey qualified 7 or 8 in them qualifiers I dont think they won 1 fight in London.

    That fight was alot closer than how you described it. Conlon didn't land a punch in the fight you were watching.

    And Richie Woodhall is a biased tosser! Always has been and always will! Like Jim Watt he shouldn't be aloud near a boxing match!

    Joyce is puts in a few jabs and carries a windmill right over the top. Gibson is slipping with full body turns to the left and right while bending his knees. Joyce's jab is nice but the right is a bit slow and easy to see coming. Gibson is shelling up and waiting for Joyce to finish jabbing before lobbing his own right hand, missing, and trying to hold. Joyce jabs through the guard, spreading the gloves apart and dropping in the right hand. Nice straight combos by Joyce, pushing Gibson to the ropes. Unrelenting work rate by Joyce. Gibson is almost exclusively on defense. A couple of jabs by Gibson as Joyce comes forward and picks him apart surgically. Jab to the body by Joyce. Gibson is sent back to the ropes by a straight volley to the gloves followed by a right downstairs. A single hook by Gibson squeaks through from the ropes.
