Cannot believe Mason got a call up to the All Stars team. Give a young bloke a go, give him a taste of rep footy. ****ing joke.

 

Penrith have that many good young players coming through it looks like they've decided to start from scratch, & expect new buys to be experienced old heads that are reliable & good mentors

 

RIP Jon Mannah... poor *******. Only 23.... the form of Lymphoma he had usually has a pretty good chance of survival but his case was particularly aggressive and returned 3 times in 5 years. That is pretty rare.

 

So sad, only 23... :-(

 

its scary and just goes to show if it happened to him it could happen to anyone. so sad to see someone cut down in his prime

 

Tragic. I remember seeing a story of him and Tim last year and he looked pretty fit.

Silly move if it happens. Lyon is an integral part of Manly playing outside good halves. He'll get nothing like that at the Gold Coast and will just come off as a money hungry *****.

Gold Coast would boast probably the best centers in the comp but will Get **** all quality ball.

Win win for me though as it'll weaken Manly considerably, and Gold Coast don't have the halves to capitalise on it.
