There was another one avaliable on CBS but it's no longer there which is shame.

Couldn't imagine how big Carnera would be today with modern supplements, weights and PEDS.

As for Thigh sizes although never Champ, Tony Galento had 27" thighs and 18 1/4" Calves, it would have to be among the biggest ever.

Carnera was around 6,6 260lbs+ with modern training, nutrition, PEDs etc. he would be a 300lb monster, most likely a similar size to Alexander Ustinov but more muscular.

    Reach vs height

    Primo Carnera 85″..... 6′ 5½″

    Kikolay Valuev 85″......7′ 0″

    Sonny Liston 84″.....6′ 0½″

    George Foreman 82″....6′ 3½″

    Wlad 81″......... 6′ 6″

    Vitali 79″.........6′ 7″

    Muhammad Ali 78″......6′ 3″

Reach to height ratio: Sonny Liston has everyone else beat.

I do think weight differences are a bit difficult to make relevant due to the fight lengths being difference.

15 to 12 is a reduction of 20%. It's fair to say the smaller guys would genuinely be bigger in a 12 round fight and likewise todays guys would be smaller in a 15 round fight.

I need to re evaluate my h2h list definitely.

Remember...Marciano worked his ass off in camp to get down to 189 lbs...not like others who say"..**** it...that's good enough"...

Im sick and tired of hearing the if " he had todays nutrition and training he would be this big" bull****. theres no way on earth marciano would get to 220 or whatever pounds without being a fat pudding. He fitted his frame perfectly just like the majority of top fighters!!
