This will be a great fight if it comes off, just the sort of match up boxing needs. I really like Rigondeaux and am a big fan of his, personally I think that he is the best technical boxer in the world. The only weakness I see in his game is that he sometimes seems to switch off during the middle rounds of his fights, which against Donaire could be his downfall.

how has he come along? i havent seen him in a while

i remember him struggling a couple of times in the early days where he probobly shouldnt have. Concentration or laziness did seem a little bit of a problem.

I have not followed them religiously but i have felt Lara was the best of the three high profile Cubans that went pro in the usa.

Nonito Donaire v Manual chango Vargas was one of the biggest mismatched main events I ever watched. It was like watching a welterweight and a light heavyweight fight :-(
