Louis would inch forward until he was in range, feint, and drop either Klitschko. It's not a bodybuilding competition.
Yeah nice one of getting a small picture of Louis not even tensing next to a big pic of Wlad looking like hes gonna bust a god damn nut hes tensing so hard... Louis wins this anyway his power would be too much for Wlad i think one of his short lefts on his glass chin and then Wlad is screwed cause Louis never lets a hurt fighter away
Oh dont you know nowadays the bigger and more muscular fighter means he has better skill and power...atsch LOUIS ! all the way
These nostalgia nuthuggers are the worst. They cannot comprehend reason and logic and think somehow boxing unlike almost any other sport hasn't evolved. It's sad.
Well it's a hard fight and it has to happen somewhere else then in germany since otherwise Louis is doomed, the cliches and the jab will be to hard to get through.
I can't claim to know alot about the sport, but boxing certainly doesn't supersede common sense and logic just because it has a long and rich history. The butthurt of the nostalgia nuthuggers is evident, and you just have to face logic. The Klitschko's are dominating the sport, and it's ludicrous to assume a cruiserweight who competed 60 years ago would beat Wladimir.
[yt]KVcgD7VlmT8[/yt] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KVcgD7VlmT8 i rest my ****ing case. Galento wouldn't even be a top 20 contender today...let alone fight Wladimir and drop him. He was a freak show, with no experience fighting the champion and dropping him. Gotta love at all these "experts" who think they know **** about boxing and/or think they look cool if they pick the older fighter. Get some perspective ppl. To beat Wlad you need someone faster then, who can move around the ring and be very elusive to get under that jab. If you cant beat the jab, you aint beating Wlad. period. ANd Joe Louis aint nothing of that. Plz. do tell me more on how concrete feet Louis would manage to do what David haye(or many others more athletically gifted then him) failed and slip that jab to get inside Wladimir and knock him out cold.:-((
Louis had some of the greatet footwork in boxing history. He would counter Wlads jab with an overhand right so fast he'd never see it coming. Ydksab. Congrats on making me use that phrase for the first time in my life.
One word...Perspective, perspective, perspective. Joe Louis achieved legendary punching power status fighting much smaller men, most of the time weighting bellow 200 lbs, with smaller leather gloves. And for a fact, he wasnt even the biggest puncher of his era. I seriously doubt that out of 62-63 fights in his career, Wlad hasnt fought someone who could punch much harder then Louis.
