Tapia is sticking a solid jab out and following up with a right hand up and down the middle. Bruce circles left and tries to jab with Tapia but suffers from shorter reach and slightly lesser timing. Tapia jabs over Bruce's head and then plugs in a right to the body. Combo by Tapia. Bruce catches some jabs on his gloves, moving forward without punching. Right to the body by Tapia. Bruce floats a couple of jabs and waves down with a right, missing as Tapia pulls the chair out.

Round 2

Tapia is working in jabs and rights as Bruce circles with him and tries to keep out what he can with the mesh of his arms. Tapia is beginning to increase his speed and ferocity, and DROPS Bruce with a quick hooking right hand after forcing him to duck with a jab and then cuffing the back of his head with a grazing left hook. Bruce is up and defending himself intelligently but Tapia is shelling him with unanswered blows numbering over half a dozen. Over.
