I wouldn't take Chavez JR. over GGG. Chavez would get beat up just as bad as Rosado. Chavez JR. doesn't have Rosado's movement or defense.

 

After seeing this, I have no doubt that any of the top 5 MW would beat him. Martinez would school the **** out of him, Geale would beat him on points in a close but clear decision and Chavez would KO him. This fight was a cherry pick that exposed more flaws in Golovkin

I sure hope we find out, but I doubt Martinez will face Golovkin before he retires.

Jr doesn't have the power to fight GGG and GGG is more powerful than Sergio and would walk him down and destroy him in an embarrassing fashion.

If you watched Vitali fight KJ you'd say the same about Vitali, but that's what it appears to be when the opponent is ONLY moving defensively and not showing much of an attack.

 

Just saw the end of Gennady Golovkin vs. Gabriel Rosado. I think GGG has a great future.

 

That's a very charitable interpretation - how is showing no head movement, struggling with lateral movement, and getting tagged and marked up by someone coming up in weight torturing the other boxer?

 

He can drain to 154 but the ****er is a big guy. We are talking about his size not his boxing ability.
