Did Buffer actually announce Golovkin with that sentence last night?

The knockout sells tell a non fan check out this knockout and they running to the TV. By the way Rosado is his first non knockout I believe.

if he beats Martinez, then he will be the champion

but i'm not getting my hopes up, if his camp had to ask a guy to move up in weight to take a fight with GG, his hopes of fighting the top guys look bleak

well when you compare it to guys who have over 50 fights and lost or fought past their prime in harder era, I wouldn't say so.

Don't really look at him as a champion.

Pavlik had the same KO ratio (88%) going into his fight with Hopkins. But Pavlik had fought much better opposition than Golovkin has.

But, but, but.......everyone is afraid GGG.

Pathetic line, trying to hype up GGG as the next big thing. Did anyone hear Kllerman suck on Golo's dick all night long? People say Martinez is not good for business because he has no "fan base", yet has had better profile fights where he was suppose to be the loser, and GGG gets hyped by HBO as the next big thing at MW without anyone saying he has no ****ing fanbase.

I hate it nowadays when people say "Champion" instead of "Titleholder". Its extremely misleading to those who know no better.

He strikes me as a very talented guy with a great attitude and is ultimately good for sport - flaws included - who's still looking to step up in class and get his shot. Not a champion, yet. Probably wont have an opportunity to establish that until Martinez leaves the scene.
