Look I don't insult fighters cause they are warriors but I hated it, it was a quitter move plus the doctor wouldn't have stopped it if Mikey was behind so there is a level of corruption.

If the fight was competitive I might question Garcia's decision but I'm fine with what he did because: (1) He dominated basically every round (2) He is more than willing to give Salido a rematch

its pretty unfair if people do hold him for not continueing from a broken nose that was caused from a butt.

    Mikey didn't quit.

Someone with DVR should upload this ****... they had the Mic and Video right on them.

The 2nd doctor came in and said, stop the fight, and he he did a signal to end the fight.

Mikeys brother said: if they stop the fight will it go to the scorecards and asked the ref.

I do think it should have continued. Mikey was robbed of a good ending, but that clinical demolition of Salido pretty much showed what would have happened in the next 4 rounds.

Obviously if Mikey was down, they would have fought trough it. BUt why put himself at risk when he completely dominated and schooled salido, that experienced fighter trick to Headbutt Mikey was BS. thats intentional as ****. Salido shouldn't have done that ****.

He won every round. I can't honestly say I believe that headbutt was 100% accidental.. The doctors stopped the fight, I didn't see him asking for it to be stopped.

I can't blame him because of those three things.

When did Robert say that? I just rewatched it and didn't catch that... I heard him confirm it was a headbutt, but nothing about he has a broken nose and can't continue. The ref right before the replay said "we're going to the scorecards, accidental headbutt he cannot continue right?" Asking and pointing to the doctors, not Robert.

You're probably gonna say Salido headbutted Garcia on purpose. But I see it as an accident. If Salido broke his nose with a PUNCH and Mikey quits, now that would be a ***** move by Garcia. Salido's getting a rematch (if he wants) anyway, so it's kind of a moot point to bring up the non issue.

Regardless if Garcia should have quit or not, I see that headbutt as outright intentional. Salido looked like he wound up with some extra torque and went straight for Garcia's head like it was a bulls-eye. Wasn't as blatant as the headbutt performed by Ortiz a while back, but it sure was illegal in my opinion.
