DeMarco looks like an arm puncher to me I still say Broner gets ko'd at 140lb.

Look the guy LOVES MONEY all the MONEY is at 140lb why does he stay at 135 ?????
He wants to take the easy path and retain that 0 stay at 135 so he can be the bigger man on the night bullying real lightweights rather than face real challenges at 140.

If they were confident about his chin they would be at 140 already but as you shall see he will avoid them all and suddenly move to 140 when the current 140 cream goes to 147.:yep

Boxers with Mayweather like speed reflexes and RIQ are rare, boxers like that with all that and a good CHIN are once in a lifetime rare if not more.

My gut tells me Broner will crumble when he starts getting hit by a strong puncher I can smell his shameless duck of the current cream of the 140 crop never mind 147.

    Guerrero can smell his fear

Was Pacquiao ducking competition at 147 when he was weighing in as a WW on fight night of his 130lb days? No, that would be stupid to say. Same with Broner. He's not struggling to make 135, so there shouldn't be any issue with him fighting there.

How old is Broner? I'd say he has a lot of time to move up and make plenty of money. People are rushing him up because they want to see him lose and don't believe anyone at his weight class can do it. But when it comes to another boxer they like or don't have an issue with it's just fine to move up when you want. ESB.

You didn't answer the question even though you felt the need to respond to the post.. Was Pacquiao ducking competition at 147 when he was weighing in as a WW on fight night of his 130lb days because he was fighting guys in a lower weight class than he could fight in?

Wow, so Broner has a whopping TWO meaningful fights at 135 with escobedo and demarco (a contender and the #1 ranked champ), cleans house with them and now all of a sudden he's ducking the 140 lb division? So you're holding the blueprint of what just about every other fighter follows pertaining to career progression against him? To say you're grasping for straws is an understatment, if this was a response to the golovkin thread, dude you couldve done better than this. But then again seeing the over-exaggerated nature of this thread I doubt it.

I'm not overly impressed by Broner either. He's clearly world class but doubt he'll go down as a great. He has OK hand speed but compared to guys like Gamboa, Mayweather and Russel Jr he simply doesn't stand out. His technique is fine but he is no master technician like Mayweather, Hopkins etc. He's just a good fighter, nothing out of the ordinary in terms of natural talent or skill.

hes had one fight at 135? dont people chew out mayweather for his one and done at 140? how about letting a fighter stay in a weight class for a little bit before moving up. there are plenty of fights at 135 to be made before he moves on to 140. calm down.

    You tell me.

Why is PDL the best fighter he has fought so far?

I guess because he decided to fight a bunch of cans at 130lbs after the gift he got against PDL instead of the top guys of the divisions. Fair play to Broner fighting on Demarco who was on eof the 3 best guys at the weight, but he still wasn't a better fighter than PDL.

lets just cut the BS and get to what you're really getting at....to answer your subliminal question: yes, broner is far more complete and far better than GGG and he's not 30, he's also beaten far better fighters in a shorter amount of time. but **** broner, he should fight martinez, forget the fact that he's only had 2 fights at 135 and makes weight with ease

the guy has had one fight at 135. Chill the hell out. Obviously you don't like him and want him to lose. If he fights Matthysse or Garcia next at 140 and KOs either one, you'll say he needs to go to 147 right away. The guy is 24 years old. let him clean out the division and then move up.
Idk what the fetish for boxing fans and boxers nowadays to rush up weight classes. Clean up your own division first
