Chavez has 3 stoppages in his last ten fights, none of them particularly impressive. Seems like some people have Chavez confused with Hearns at welterweight. Chavez is not a huge puncher at 160. And Golovkin wouldn't have to look for him at all.

GGG can punch but he can box too. His jab will be the factor. He will mix it up whenever he wants, then when hurt or when he wants a break he will jab him and keep distance. GGG is the better ring general. I really believe that GGG is all wrong for Junior. I would favor Sergio against GGG before you label me Boratard.

Chaves Jr doesnt throw punches against fighters with good offense as we seen in his last fight. He goes into a shell an stops fighting.

I'll happily take a ban bet with that troll Smokin' Joe if the fight comes off. Golovkin would wreck Jr. And I don't dislike Jr., Golovkin is just an awful matchup for him.

The way he smothered Lee was impressive.

I'm not confusing him with Hearns because I said I think he'd wear him down with his volume punching and durability. Hearns was a one-punch knockout artist. Martinez is more accurate than Golovkin and Martinez was fine. It's anybody's fight, but Chavez has been tested at a higher level and is a competent swarmer. I think he might have an easier time landing on GGG than the reverse, and in a firefight, he'd take GGG's shots better than GGG would over 12.

Exactly but people either hate or adore him and they just can't see the match ups clearly

It would be a sick fight, Most people run from JR, GGG would go forward and they would crash on the inside.... Would GGG back up JR? IDK that would be crazy, would GGG back up and counter... or would they collide as a boxing fan I WOULD love this fight to be made.

Force a Martinez Match by giving JR the guy who almost laid out the P4P star a tough fight, or shall I say it dominate him and TKO him a tought feat cause JR is a tough guy with an iron chin and huge size.

GGG defeating JR in crazy fashion would force Martinez, or would force a Martinez Rematch if JR becomes champ again.

Jr fight nothing like the fighters that gave Golovkin problems he will be there to eat the power shots and especially the jab. Golovkin body work will slow him down too. Moreover Jr will have even more problems making MW after the lay off. Golovkin will destroy him I'm as sure of the outcome of this fight as I was for the Sergio-Junior fight. Golovkin is the worst possible match up for Jr and I really hope the fight gets made.

So Golovkin is now more hittable than Chavez? You don't see a gulf in overall craft between these 2?

How impressive was Vera's stoppage of Lee? There's a reason Lee is not a top 10 middle, he can barely get separation from McEwen.

You've shown a few troll tendencies at several moments in the past, but for the most part haven't been too huge of a troll. That was to get your attention.

Now that I have your attention: three month ban bet if the fight happens. Bump this thread, and I will honor it. I'm gone for three months if Jr. beats GGG, you're gone for three months if GGG beats Jr. Deal?
