Exactly. They are under the impression that all Geale would have to contend with is Golovkin's power. He has way more than that.

I doubt it, but I reckon you could be.
Yet he still managed to tag GGG and make him look pretty banged up.
    Go figure.

Geale is many levels above Rosado.
Rosado had GGG on his toes in round 4 too.
    IMO, GGG is made Geale.
You don't get to where Geale is with what you're describing.
Yes, GGG has some decent power, but ring smarts, how so? GGG hasn't even been tested against a high level opponent to see if he has ring smarts.
Sure, you always look good against cans. Even though he looked very ordinary against Rosado, a blown up JMW, which he shouldn't have if he were what many claim he is.
Yeh, and the PM would be a guy if she had a dick between her legs. What's your point?

Geale will beat Mandy convincingly next week, and most people know it, you're just reaching now.

**** this overrated GGG talk. Mundine will beat Geale back to a Bika undercard.

Funny you should mention all 3 in the same sentence. Geale has been hurting Bika in sparring, Bika said so himself. And a few years back Bika called out Mundine. Mundine ra, avoide the subject at all costs, when at the time, the fight made perfect sense.

Banged up? He never looked remotely troubled in the entire fight.

How is he made for Geale, what does Geale have in his locker to beat GGG? I'm struggling to find an attribute where he better than Geale TBH (experience aside)

You don't become a silver medalist at the Olympics and World Amateur champion without ring smarts.

Interesting fact, Golovkin schooled Geale in the amateurs 15-3. It was a long time ago so it's not a huge indicator of how a fight would go between them now.

I think it does put to bed the idea that Geale has better ring smarts than Golovkin though.

I didn't say he was troubled, I said he was banged up.
Watch the fight again, have a look at GGG's face.

He got hit way too much from someone who wasn't even throwing a lot. His face at the end of the fight was proof of that.

Imagine what someone with a high workrate like Geale will make him look.
Workrate, angles, tight defence, good chin, and ring smarts/experience.
    See above.
    I meant he's nothing special.
His 10 year old AM record doesn't count much for right now, considering he hasn't beaten anyone of note yet.

    What a load of bollocks.
Show me evidence that he 'schooled' Geale.
I'm aware that he won points decision to Geale, but schooled, you're just playing with it.

WTF has GGG achieved n his pro career to show anything other than he can beat up a pile of tomato cans?

And? GGG was beaten by other fighters in the AM's too.
Does this mean that those fighters will beat both GGG and Geale now?

You're not making any sense, what happened 10 years ago does not correlate with what happens today.
Bull****, Geale is well on his way to proving himself to be elite, GGG has fought no one of note.

Talk about misguided butt love... :patsch

Would this be the same tight defence that Sylvester penetrated with his jab a little to often. I remember Geale looking marked up under both eyes waiting for the scores that night. We don't know if Geale has a good chin yet really, copped a few solid rights from Karmazin in the middle rounds though he was a career LMW so hard to know. We should probably discuss the fight in greater detail when / if it happens. Hope Geale does the business next week.

True enough, Geale got caught plenty by SS's jab.
His defence has also tightened up since that fight.

That was also over 12 rounds, yet he still didn't look as marked up as GGG did the other day which only went 7 rounds to a blown up JMW who hardly threw any leather.

Think about what Geales workrate will do over 12.
Geales chin is solid, it's been checked plenty of times, and even been on his bum momentarily to bounce straight back up with full composure.
He's never been hurt to the point of rubber legs in 28 pro fights.
    Agreed. :good

He scored 5x more points than what Geale scored. That's about as clear cut a schooling as it gets. I'm not going to debate you. You're too unreasonable when discussing Geale. It's a pointless endeavour.

He looked great against Proksa OK against Ouma and busted up Rosada. Sylvester marked Gealey up with the jab Golovkin's jab would hurt him bad. Have you seen the Rosada fight?
That being said if Gealey can not sustain too much damage win 2 of the first 6 rounds I can see him sweeping the later rounds to a UD. Golovkin faded a bit by the 5th if not for the fact Rosada was busted up badly he could have got back into the fight Golovkin can be beaten IMO. A reasonably fresh Geale could UD Golovkin if they were to meet. Golovkin looks great but is not unbeatable.
Alot of GG nuthuggers are saying hes better than Sexy I think that is premature.

    Finally, someone with sense! :deal
    Correct.
    Not now he wouldn't.
SS tagged Geale a lot, Sturm didn't.
Geale has worked his defence since SS.
Saw it yesterday. I'm not denying that Rosada was a mess, what I'm saying is that he made GGG look somewhat bashed too.
Yet Rosada didn't even hit him that much.

I'll say it again, if Rosada can make GGG look like he did, what will Geale do with his workrate.
If Rosada can survive why wouldn't Geale?
    Yep, he had slowed somewhat.
    Correct. :good
    Correct. :good
Sexy would box circles around GGG, easier than Geale would. :good
