From any era. I think he'd beat Maskaev and McCall. Maybe Rahman, Bonecrusher, and Tua also. Maybe even Byrd or Jimmy Young.
Can we count totally shot non prime versions of fighters? in that case maybe he did in Holyfield (although many feel he didnt actually win that fight either).
Leon spinks....( he lost the Ruiz fight ) Haye almost ko,d him , Holyfield didn,t lose ( a draw in my book ) he was lucky to be so big , otherwise a average heavyweight at best
Haye outlanded Valuev 1.5 to 1. Valuev landed mainly with grazing jabs, Haye with power punches. All round except for 11 go to Haye. Valuev clearly won round 11, Haye clearly won round 12. Some rounds but 12 might go to Valuev because the shots landed were really close in some rounds, but Haye won clearly. Unofficial punch stats Holyfield - Valuev ------HOLY VALUEV------ 1st ~ 11/18 8/39 2nd ~ 8/14 4/21 3rd ~ 6/12 6/25 4th ~ 6/14 9/32 5th ~ 7/19 8/26 6th ~ 9/15 13/46 7th ~ 8/11 10/33 8th ~ 10/22 19/44 9th ~ 8/18 13/34 10th ~ 7/17 12/38 11th ~ 8/19 9/36 12th ~ 4/10 17/47 Valuev "clearly" won Their shots didn't do much damage to either so I score them even.
