No doubt hit me up when your ready to roll Ill put you in contact with Mel she went to the city and spoke on our behalf so that we could get another trainer in the gym.
I mean every little bit helps the thing is you really have to be in the gym or who ever is training because the county does come to check out the place monthly and they speak to the kids to etc...
When it comes to them giving you money to run a program like this they are going to make sure that, that is exactly whats going down.

 

Yes of course, thats how my gym is ran, you cant charge anybody under the age of 18 though.
they must be free, however it can take up to a year to get approval for it. I can ask my wife if she would be up for out lining a grant proposal for you, basically use the same one we did for our gym just with your gym information.

However yes there is funding but they are selective about how much and who gets it, as long as you state your focus is to help at risk youth and your putting emphasis on furthering their education you should be good to go also as long as the people you have training the kids there are also clean you know what I mean

 

When you find a location and get it going hit me up I will get the ball moving, they usually will fund you for your utilities including the lease payment, and 2 trainers max.

if you have a big gym and have more trainers obviously you are going to want to have the gym open to adults to charge them dues, and pay your other trainers that way.
