I was referring to the amount of energy, each gram of carb, protein or fat contains the exact same amount of energy regardless of the source. If mommas version uses cheese, any bread etc. then it has unhealthy fats and processed carbs as well. Unless Momma produces everything herself from scratch then you're eating the same stuff as maccas. Even if momma does produce everything from scratch a gram of fat is a gram of fat. Home made food might be better quality but it's rarely any different nutritionally speaking, people think it's okay just because it was made at home which is ridiculous. Her butter is from the supermarket, the salt she adds is as bad as salt from a maccas burger and so on.

Eating junk food is a bad habit. He has money and knowledge to eat properly.

Tell that to all the sprinters, Michael Phelps, NBA players, Roy Jones etc. athletes who practically live off the stuff. You have a large frame, muscle mass combined with a lot of athletic activity and you burn a LOT of energy, eating salmon and vegetables will never be enough. Energy dense food/junk food is almost essential for a lot of athletes. When he's not boxing sure take it easy and eat for your health but when you're in heavy training you need a lot of energy and fast.

That junk food is a bad habit? It's not though when they're in training, it's a beneficial supplement then and they know that which is why they eat the food. You eat a kfc meal with chips and a soft drink and then workout, compare that to when you just had some fish and some salad before a workout. It's just energy and sometimes a lot is needed, it only becomes a problem when you neglect to eat nutrient dense food at the same time or when you're just sitting on the couch instead of burning the energy.

Junk foods is the equvilanet to a high calorie weight gainer. Gainers are loaded with sugar too. Floyd needs high calories. It doesnt ****in matter. Even the top bodybuilders eat whatever the **** they want including fast food after hard training. Fats dont make you fat CALORIES do. An floyd is getting the right calories in with mcdonals. its not like hes eating 8 big mac meals. he can eat whatever he wants as long as he stays within calorie range

Can’t a bad diet lead to diabetes?? Thought him seeing Roger & his pops health decline over the years he might of cleaned up his diet abit & looked after himself, as diabetes does run in the family

I figured. It's all the same energy. And in the end, it helps mentally that hey I work so hard I can eat this ****. And plus, who doesn't love to eat one of their favorite fast foods and still lose weight be fast etc?

It's easy to stuff down a fast food meal because of its taste and calories. Which in the end help them fill the calories.

That's why Pac was drinking a stupid high calorie shake, because he didn't want to eat all of it.

words not worthy of putting on paper to use as asswipe. so wrong. you cant out train a bad diet. and u can be skinny-fat 5ft 11 and 150 pounds with a pot belly by just following a calorie diet. Its what u eat within those calories that defines how you look not how many calories neccesariy.
