See Roy Jones/Montell Griffin, for instance, in which Montell has a delayed reaction. Moreover the absurdity of you thinking he was trying to fake being unconscious by touching his nose, deliberately lying down, etc. If you find that implausible, why would the 'faker' find it plausible and indeed incorporate it into his act? Imagine a room full of actors in a school in Hollywood, California: The instructor says -- "Everyone, fake being unconscious, now!" Everyone collapses to the floor, closed eyes, motionless, etc. except one little guy in the back that "touches his nose and iies down deliberately".
