That's excellent. I think you should use this one as the starting point, Freddy. May wanna' ensure the details of the lion -- wrinkles, hair, etc -- are kept to a minimum so that it remains simple. Because the best logos are ones that can be put up on anything and anywhere - embroidered on shirts, printed on gloves, etc. It needs to be so that if it's changed in size, especially if it's shrunk, you can still make out what the logo is or what's in it. The font used in the text surrounding the lion should also be simple and clear, too.
