Have you got a problem..? He fought as a amateur, he's been a boxing coach for how many years now..? And yes he has qualifications in strength and conditioning, which is not a bad thing. What's Jose Mourinho's background in football..?
He was an amateur boxer if i remember correctly. Broke his leg playing semi-pro football so could no longer really do either professionally. Started personal training and through friends in boxing was introduced to a 16 year old david haye. There was an article on him in this weeks boxing news i think.
^^ Same as what he said, That's all i've heard about him. He did work with Stephen Smith (****** Smith's son).
There was an interview with him in this weeks Boxing News like tweetstreet said. He fought as an amateur, was going to turn pro but broke his leg. Ended up doing some personal training, then started doing some conditioning work for some fighters at his old gym. Whilst there he occasionally started taking some guys on the pads and so forth. One of the trainers at the gym introduced him to Haye who was then 16. Did some padwork and then later on he started training him. So he's not some guy that's just come from a non-boxing background and ended up training fighters.
I just automatically assumed your opening post was edging towards discrediting Adam Booth or trying to be funny. Its better to be safe than sorry.
Must admit that of all the UK trainers that I've seen regularly he is the one I seem to always agree with regardless of the context. Press conferences, matchmaking, in the corner or just general chat.
He's the self-styled, mysterious "Lord Of Darkness", and rumoured to be an Anunnaki from the Draco constellation. With his training expertise and vast knowledge of the celebrity world, he's long been the hand up David Haye's skirt, making both conmen a fortune. Not that it's any of chinovelvet's business (one of the worst posters in the esb General)
