No it was team Klitschko that told Johnson to pull out promising him a shot after he beats lewis.

Klitschko had a full training camp preparing for Lewis as it was part of their plan to catch out Lewis. A fully prepared Vitali still got his backside handed to him by a out of shape unprepared Lewis.

 

He may not know more about but I know more than you as I spoke with Lewis about this. The Klitschko's tried to pull a sly one and still got beat.
