Do you approve of Wladimir Klitschko fighting Odlanier Solis on April 6?

It means as much to me as Chagaev II does.

Wlad will fight Povetkin relatively soon after he beats whoever he may fight on April 6 and then he'll probably have to fight the winner of Adamek Pulev either this year or next. When Vitali retires Wlad will probably want to fight the new WBC champ as well.

I cant see the WBA having a problem with k2 holding off on Povektin till the summer unless they have not guaranteed to take the fight.

If the reasoning is that Wlad wants the fight in the summer because he can hold it in big outside arena it actuallly makes sense for everyone financially. It also increases the likelihood of Vitali being retired and the fight producing a new lineal champion between one and two.

I just said that. It makes little sense that negotiations have been so difficult unless he hasn't guaranteed to fight AP in the summer.

If the fight would be held in a bigger outside arena in the summer, Povetkin stands to make more money if he waits a few months longer. He also might get the chance to fight for the lineal title as well if Vitali retires by then. He hasn't exactly been in any hurry to fight over the last four years so I don't get what the rush is.

He's sneaky all right. He's almost using the exact same name as he does on that other boxing website.

I'm sorry, but there ain't **** wrong with this fight.

Solis is a good, good boxer, and in my opinion, it was a freak injury against Vitali... NOT a hook to the temple.

I was one of those people that also thought that Solis was doing rather well up until the injury.

We'll see what he does against Wlad, but one thing is for certain... If he's in-shape (and it's a BIG if), it'll be one of Wladimir's biggest challenges so far, because Solis is very much under-rated due to him being a fat bum.

Solis would be a better opponent than Thompson, Mormeck or Wach.
