wouldn't it be inconsiderate to book a date without first talking to Donaire?
I mean, that's the same **** you said about Floyd booking the MGM Grand on May 5th for Pacquiao.

and why are you asking me about how much the fight is worth? That has **** all to do with anything and you already heard my opinion on it. The fact that they're overpricing it should mean Donaire should jump at the offer

1 million is a low ball offer for this fight. It's one of the biggest fights that could happen in boxing today. Bull**** offer this fight would sell. 1 million is a cruel joke.

Apart from the bias cubans, I notice most of the haters were simply hating because of *******s who are closely associated to pinoys which is understandable. I kept telling this fools that nonito is American though:lol: but as usual people only see color just like how DLH is viewed more as a mexican. One of the most saddest reasons to hate imo but thats how most people are

The contract is right there, why don't you believe it? Because you don't want to?

GBP believe's he's worth more than 1 million in a fight with Donaire, and isn't willing to shortchange him to please Arum. What does his top purse have to do with anything if GBP is willing to pay $3 million for Donaire?

You said this was a negotiation, and they're in negotiations correct? How about negotiating the date, since you and plenty others complained to no end when Floyd decided to book MGM Grand on May 5th, a huge boxing day?

I don't hear GBP complaining about him not signing this particular contract, they don't like TR acting like there was no contract at all.

    :thumbsup

God, so many idiots in this thread... If Guerrero signed a contract based on HIS terms, and gave it to Floyd to sign, and Floyd turns it down... Does that mean Floyd is ducking Guerrero?

Rigo's manager. Sure he has an agenda but this is just obvious stuff.

    Hyde’s statement is below:

“We have watched with amusement the shenanigans of the Mares camp, and suggest that anyone who believes the good faith of the offer should reconsider.

Hopefully this will be the last time I have to point out that negotiations WERE taking place with Mares' manager. That's what makes this so obvious. The press is where you to to SABOTAGE negotiations. Exactly as Schaefer did. He pulled the rug out from under Mares' manager.

There was even word of Rigo/Mares being discussed so this tells me there was more going on behind the scenes that we don't know about and TR and GB had the lines of communications open.

True but it seems that Bob's plans are to get Rigo first, THEN Mares. To be honest, if Mares never happens I wouldn't be surprised, given Arum's track record. If NEITHER happens obviously it'll be inexcusable.
