Sounds like Vargas isnt too impressed with the ginger, that or he is bitter than he cant claim to be the youngest junior middleweight champion of the world anymore. Either or, Vargas's title win was legit, Canelo's wasnt, not win you beat a 147lb Matty Hatton who got ranked somehow.

Both reasons you stated & also Fernando prob understands how much potential money was left on the table during his short career. He was managed all wrong.

Funny I was in the process of making a not impressed with Canelo thread, a shot Mosley that couldn't pull the trigger anymore was touching his chin over and over, while the big face Ginger just stood their demoralized taking it, It also seems as if Mosley was pulling his punches in that match also.........

Canelo shouldn't even have Mayweather on his radar, he needs to beat at least 2 legit 154, Cotto first, then Trout, then he can dictate and try to force people to fight him

    +1

...when you get in the ring with greats like Trinidad and De La Hoya, I can see why you wouldn't be all that impressed with Alvarez. Granted Alvarez is solid, improving, and I think he's very dangerous for anybody, but he's not on the level of those great late 1990s/early 2000s welterweights/junior middles.

in a span of two years,

yory boy, marquez, winky, ike, thompson and tito...all in their ****ing prime.

    sick...just sick.

and then there is this garbage

    http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=348759&cat=boxer

    horrible...just horrible.

and then you have complete dumb**** threads such as this

    good grief.

a prime winky would just toy canelo. embarass him. make him cry and look like a little boy.

close to a b-hopkins/glenn johnson scenario if not worse.

Ya.... he muuuuust be bitter

Or here's a crazy ass idea... maybe a guy who came up around the likes of winky, ike, trinidad and hoya just really isn't overly impressed with canelo.

People act like not being impressed with canelo is blasphemy :patsch
