All the butt-hurt Mundane fans crawling out of the woodwork crying foul play, robbery, racism etc...they're as bad as their hero when it comes to making excuses and trying to deflect from the truth :rofl Hey bazil, speaking of bad sportsmanship, in the first fight, which boxer: 1. Continually used his left elbow to fend off and strike his opponent until he was finally warned by the ref in the 7th round? 2. Loosened the tape on his gloves so it would keep coming loose so the ref would pause proceedings to allow him to secure it and thereby get many much needed rests? 3. Was told by his manager that they didn't have the judges in their pocket "this time" and he would need a KO to win? 4. Knew he didn't win the fight after the final bell. 5. Had an entourage that stood over one of the judges and intimidated him into scoring a vital round to him?
this is a good fight , and a good australian matchup, hope they do it 3 times. just hate how race somehow finds it s way into it. it s almost white australians vs other australians. bull****. of course, choc is not blameless in this for making much of white australia hate him with his incencive comments.
Easy answers dickcheese Mundine uses his elbow the same in all fights and the ref picked him up on it???? YOUR POINT??? In regards to lose tape!!! ask his corner...bit hard to losen your own tape with gloves on dimwit. Never had judges on his side........mundine statement?? AND??? And if the dumb judges are intimidated by a few try hard lebos thats there fault....score the fight how u want,if your intimidated you must be weak so go get another job.
Nothing bette rthan seeing a cocksucker humbled.........I thought the scoring was generous to mandy I didn't see it that close at all.......now we can get on with supporting a true champion in Geale...........and the 3 time interim b grade champion can simply disappear for good.
The last fight was very close, hence the controversy. The only controversy in this fight was that the judges all gave Mundine a few rounds, most people think he was lucky to win one.
Your thread's about bad sportsmanship - how is what I posted irrelevant? I'm talking about Mundine's bad sportsmanship :deal
Yeah Geale pitched a near shut out and yet some on this forum will have you believe it's time for a trilogy. **** me, if last night wasn't enough of a mismatch.
I see your point, and actually commented to someone who mentioned it last night. It's pretty common knowledge that I'm a Geale hugger of highest proportions, but I think they should have stayed by the ring that night. It was bad sportsmanship. Probably that it's ilegal, yet he still stoops to those levels. Implying that it's bad sportsmanship, which it is. Doesn't matter how they came loose. They shouldn't have, and it was yet another tactic used by team Mandy. We'll never know that one, it's pure speculation, but if it quacks like a duck... Perhaps. But again, the tactic is pretty low, for anyone. These are just all examples of bad sportsmanship. In a nutshell it's cheating. Pretty much.
