Before last night i thought Mundine beats Green all day everday but his greatest weapons are dimnished now and I think he'd be slower at smw and Green might walk right up to him and if Green connected clean then.....

This could happen, he could become like Roy Jones Jnr and start fighting really dangerous guys now that he is past it...

I think you are more hoping Green can knock him the **** out than actually believing it Duke. Mundine traded with Geale last night not respecting his power, no way would he fight Green the same way.

Seriously Duke, Green is a robot.

Mundine should retire, he was totally outclassed in this fight and will not get any good fights now apart from a possible pay day against the robotic and well past it Danny Green.
At what weight would they fight? No, Mundine is done and dusted and this flawed character can kiss boxing goodbye. Geale won easily and no body would believe for a second that a rubber match is deserved.

mundine would lose alot of speed when they fight at a catch weight...lets face it the fight if it would happen would be at light heavy/ bottem of crusier limit

Got to agree 100%. I backed Choc to win, no big deal i have won on him and am still in front :D. The writing was on the wall as early as the mid ring instructions where Choc would'nt look Daniel in the eyes. I have seen 90% of Choc's fights but can't recall any fight where he avoided his opponent's staredown.
Props to Daniel, his preparation is excellent, workrate is superb, he has great angles my only doubt is he is there to be hit at times but time will tell if he becomes the best middle in the world.

my biggest worry for geale is he opens his mouth wide when throwing shots. hes going to get his jaw broken if he keeps that up. it wouldnt take a big shot to break a jaw when its open like that.

he does look like he s aged 10 years in the past 3. suddenly his old man looks younger than he does. alot of it is the drop in weight, but he just looks wrinkled, old and not alive. like a black skeletor. i think he should go back up to super. get himself into a position for a payday against a dirrell or a ward even. (not that they d fight him) take the money and run (and lose of course).

dont see him beating anybody elite again. i think he ll be an aussie side show for as long as his mouth and the public are willing.

    Thats right about the weight

I think he ****ed around too much with the weight and he never looked good after that fight with geale-

He looked like a skeleton and weak even at MW-

I havent watched the bout yet; I have seen a few snippets.....apparantly Tony congratulated Geale and his corner, whilst Anthony stormed off, it might just support a theory that Mundine doesnt listen to his corner, maybe Anthony does his own thing, goes on his own whims, doesn't listen to any other voice than his own? He certainly portrays this in his media character/ personality that wants to talk continually, and doesn't want to listen.....Anthony seems to be continually troubled and unhappy - and his opinions are always highly convoluted, and this does cultivate his audiences to the point of them shaking their heads in their own disbeliefs.

I will watch the fight.....and study for myself who dominated it and who I think won it (as both Geale and Mundine say they did).....from the snippets I have seen of the fight, I instantly recognised that Choc had slowed in his boxing movements and boxing techniques.....it is a shame that as we all grow old, the mind tells us how we should do it, as our bodies refuse to obey the message.

I heard Choc saying after the fight (in a video snippet) that Geale won't attract more than 200 to one of his fights in the future......this might be the case.....but in making this statement, Anthony needs now to realise that he, as the loser, would probably attract far less customers.

I'd like to see Anthony retire from boxing now, pick a new direction and challenge, get a Community qualification, gain some researched facts and knowledge, and work strategically with our Indigenous community, to build their confidence, and greater development through sporting skills.

Time to move on, and further up another ladder, Choc!
