Bob Arum "Manny will NEVER fight in the USA again"

I am just going to throw this out there right now, its not about what the US Govt will be taking from his check, if that were the case he would have had ever major fight outside of the US.
What I believe is going on Maybe deep down Manny feels he needs an edge going into the last stage of his career. in other words perhaps looking for countries that do not have strict drug testing policies in other words he is going full tilt on them PEDS for the rest of his career

 

Memo and Marquez offered Pac testing, team pacquiao refused it u have no argument here

 

Yet Manny is going to fight him again, and again rejects extra testing.

You do realize that the guy testified and admitted he doped his athletes and that he had more than 20+ undetectable performance enhancing drugs, right?

I really dont care. I dont travel to vegas to see his fights either way. as long as he continues to fight, i'm happy. he could fight in the wendy city boxing gym from fight night, I couldnt care less.

 

I don't know why this is even a thread topic. manny is irrelevant as a fighter now. His whole claim to fame was that he was "the guy who could beat Floyd". It's public knowledge that he is longer that guy. Consequently, nobody gives a **** about him.

Also, unlike Floyd, his rating will go down over time as people begin to reflect on his actual accomplishments.

So let me gather this logic together. JMM picks up S&C coach Memo. Then he KTFO6 manny. The KO itself had more to do with manny sucking than HMM being good (which he is), as manny literally dives head first into a straight right. roach/manny refuse to take OSDT for several years, but they're presumed clean despite making counter-intuitive accomplishments. JMM, who welcomes all OSDT and even requests them, has one brutal KO and that means he's juicing?
