You do realize this being open to the public that they are going to be keeping a closer eye on him and his clients as well dont you?
I'm not going to accuse Manny or Marquez of roiding until either is caught/admits it. However, you can't really say that being the guy demanding or offering tests automatically makes you clean and makes the other guy dirty. Berto demanded testing for Ortiz, and he was the guy who ended up being caught for roids. Also, Arum says lots of things that probably aren't true. My guess is that this statement will prove to be one of them. I think Manny fights Marquez again in Mexico, and retires if he loses that fight. If he wins though, I see him fighting Bradley somewhere, and then one last fight in the US before a retirement fight in the Philippines. Basically, I see him having 1-4 more fights, depending on how everything shakes out, and my guess is 1 or 2 of them will be in the US, if his career goes on.
So much for Manny's humanitarian streak I guess. 5% more for the haves to help out the have nots is a deal breaker? This country has been very good to him financially. Revoke the SOB's visa then. Let him stay out if all he cares about is how much money he can take out of the country without giving something back.
A few points to make.... 1. There's a reason Bob never releases official PPV sales. Manny doesn't sell as much as people think. Since the Margarito fight he's started a downward spiral to now pulling this bull**** which brings up point.... 2. He got slid. America may love you but once you lose we don't give a **** about you. Manny's stock is dropping even as I type this and it's only going to get worse. He's has the mental equivalency of a child star who becomes played out. He's basically the JaRule of boxing.
