I try to be as fair as possible when I can :yep If I can, maybe I can get him to post in this thread about it well you can take his word if you want to. He seems to be thinking the same thing as you, but you can dismiss it if you want
donaire should have it written in the contract that Oscarhas to dress up as a woman if he were to co promote a fight.. **** oscar
When you can? I'll let this slide because it was late when you posted it. Actually, thinking about this further, it would be pretty educational to let him go through it the way he offered. He could take his time and then just post it up in a new thread free of all the horse **** baggage this one carries.
It sounds to me like this "Dempsey1234" guy is on the level, but that doesn't mean he's infallible, and he claims to be a manager, not a lawyer. I work in the music business, where bad contracts are a way of life. One of the first things you learn is to always have a "did not deliver" clause, as others have pointed out here. (You agree to do ABC, and they agree to do XYZ, AND IF THEY DON'T, then here's how you get compensated: ...... " It's inconceivable that any decent lawyer would OK a contract without one.
Exactly and that is something I noticed as well this would mean Donaire could put in all the work in the gym have his trainer sparring parnters everybody in camp expecting a paycheck and Mares suddenly pulls out and there goes a few months of their lives with no pay. and in some cases they lose money, sometimes they fly sparring partners out to camp and put them up for the time that they are there. we didnt see any type of compensation clause in that contract which is exactly the first thing that should be there
Cuz I was right? :rofl Thread sure cleared out quick once bbc conceded it looked like I was right. :think
No disrespect but this is delusional. It cleared out because there was nothing else to be said, the contract is posted, there's nothing to refute what's been said or reported. You are too stubborn to accept it...which isn't going to change. http://m.espn.go.com/extra/boxing/story?storyId=8883112
Lets see GBP now has two major bouts scrapped TR bringing us Alvarado vs Rios 2 so far this year TR doing it again haters gonna hate Though I agree with you Hermit, there is no compensation clause in the contract no need to sign it with out that
Dan reported pretty much all last week that a serious offer was put out for Donaire's services, and TR refused, and did not offer a counter.
