    Still can't stop laughing reading Calzaghe's name among the likes of Marciano, Lewis and Hagler. No surprise a drunken ******ed trolling imbecile is the thread starter.

    In many ways SSR retired in a perfect time in that he didn't have to face Hagler again.

    I think these are some of the very best examples. I'd be hard pressed to name many better:
    Rocky Marciano
    Ricardo Lopez
    Carlos Monzon
    Jersey Joe Walcott
    Joe Calzaghe
    Khaosai Galaxy

    It's amazing how few guys fit this...

    Joe Louis (after Walcott II KO), Max Schmeling (after Hauser KO), and Riddick Bowe (after Golata II) pre-comebacks.

    I think Lennox's is a bad retirement. Not fighting Vitali left too many questions or things for haters and doubters to point at. A rematch would have done wonders and shut those questions.

    Lennox retired at the right time. Came off a HUGE win over Vitali (Next dominant champion)

    You might as well say Calzaghe avoided Dawson :patsch
