While I agree with you, I don't think cardio is what ****ed Overeem tonight.

I think tonight Overeem finally fought a guy whom he couldn't push around and manhandle. Bigfoot held his own and refused to get bullied around (like Brett Rogers did).

Overeem lost because he was mentally weak. That's something that cannot be learned or fixed (a la cardio/grappling/boxing/etc). Overeem has ALWAYS been a frontrunner. The second he gets in trouble, he falters.
