Disagree Chef, the money Vitali can possibly make from facing Haye coupled with the history both fighters have with each other, along with the publics demand that they meet in the ring makes Haye a very prominent figure in Vitali's decision. Haye is neither irrelevant or a nonfactor in Vitali's decision to retire or not, been too much talk already. I respect what you are saying Chef but as a fan i just cannot agree.:good

 

Haye doesn't even bring more money than Fury or Price would. In fact it's less. You wouldn't hear Fury or Price whinging for months that they're 'only' getting 25% for facing the WBC champ while not a mandatory.

 

Fury and Price likely make about half if that of what Haye does per bout, Haye has already admitted that he doesnt deserve 50-50. If Haye was to recieve 30% as opposed to 25% i think Vitali still makes a lot of money. Unlike Fury and Price, Haye is also known in Germany which makes him a little bit more than just another opponent.

Without Vitali David Haye would not have the chance to talk again. Vitali calls out David Haye after !!! he lost to Wlad. And was talking, I want to KO him ....... He should have better been quiet.

Now Haye had the right and the chance to talk again. And after his KO win ofter Chisora no word from Vitali.

Now he should retire or fight David Haye.

 

Vitali does not need David Haye for respect. Period.
