    :rofl

I wouldn't mind but I'm not even a massive fan of Vitali......Wlad yes.....but Vitali no.

You've just proved my point though with your shitty replies, just trying to turn it into a troll thread.

Emerged with Credit from who? from HBO? from white fight fans dying to have their White Heavyweight champion? cus in reality thats what it was about.

The man lost the fight, its been years you all need to seek help so you can get through this as its caused you countless hours bitching about it on fight forums while making yourselves look like a bunch of ****ing cry babys.

let me just point this out for you clearly, during that Broadcast, Lampley said that Vitali wanted to help George Foreman fullfill his dream of breaking his record as the oldest Champion in the history of boxing.

What kind of Champion does that? seriously was willing to face Foreman if he won... :-(

Lewis will end up ranked higher in the history books than both Wlad and Vitali, Lewis has a win over Vitali end of story.
Vitali knew Lennox was pondering retirement, you guys would know to, had you started following boxing before your great white champions came around

The fact remains that Bowe chose to dump the WBC championship in the trash rather than fight Lewis. I consder this to be the worst case of one boxer avoiding another in modern boxing history. Historcialy matched only by those boxers chosing to draw a color line. When Bowe beat Holyfield intell 1996 (Golota only "beat" him with low blows.) Bowe was a better heavyweight than Lewis. Yes I know the result from their 1988 Olympic bout.

If Lewis beat McCall and he and Bowe fought in 1995, Bowe would win. He was the better heavyweight at the time. In theory he would have fought Foreman who had beaten Moorer for the IBF championship, than Tyson to re unify the heavyweight championships. I wouldn't happen since Rock Newman might have been the most incompant mananger in boxing history.

Lewis, Bowe agree to fight in late fall

For once, it seems, greed has made a boxing match, not prevented it.

Yesterday promoters for World Boxing Council heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis and former champion Riddick Bowe announced the two would finally meet sometime in late fall.

"I dont rate him as high as everybody else does.He was a good right hand puncher who learned how to use his physicality well,But great fighters dont get knocked out by guys like Rahman & Mccall. Thats no knock,Lennox was very good,But its not called the Hall of very good.
Its supposed to be special and he wasnt special. He was one dimensional.
Lewis knew how to keep distance and make that work for him because of his size.
He came around at a very fortunate time where he was the biggest guy.He had god given gifts and knew how to use them but Holyfield was the better fighter.Lewis was massive compared to Holyfield,But Holyfield as massive in areas where Lewis never got tested.
He could have done more,He could have been bolder,he could have used his jab as a weapon instead of a range finder for the big right.
We will never know if he could have developed in those areas,What we know is that he didnt.
There wasnt a lot of creativity in his fighting,He could have developed but my feling is no he couldn't have."

'Lennox Wrong to Duck'-the Talk in Boxing

Steward (right), who guided Lewis to the undisputed world heavyweight title, believes he should have offered Vitali Klitschko a rematch. "I felt Lewis owed it to the boxing world," he said. "Vitali could have easily degraded Lewis publicly and said that he is a coward.

Lewis decides against fighting again this year

Lennox Lewis is considering retirement and has decided against fighting again this year, meaning a discussed rematch against Vitali Klitschko in December won't take place

"Honestly, it seems to me that Lennox is looking for an easy exit," Klitschko said "Why else would he wait until I was cleared to fight to announce that he did not want to fight?
