i think this cud b a cracking fight big things were thought of lindsay b4 he lost to simpson, its a massive fight for him, selby on the other hand is mandatory for european title so cant afford a slip up after some very impressive wins.

Agree I think its a ******* as well, don't see this as a gimmee for Selby in the slightest, this could be close.

I've gone with Selby in this fight but wouldn't be at all surprised if Lindsay pulled it off. Selby may be very overrated from a couple of good wins and he could well falter if he can't just walk through Lindsay here

it depends if martin is motivated (i dont want to come across as a "well prepared mitchell" type but thats how it is with martin)

martin on his best day could almost beat anyone, but its been a while since hes fought at his peak, i just have a bad feeling martin will be laboursome and lose a decision on workrate

I was wondering if anyone else thought so.

I'm a strong believer in his late-blossom power. His last three victims had never been stopped once between them in 55 bouts. Before that, tough Scot Ancliff (the fulcrum on which Selby turned from 7-1 with one knockout to his current run of four straight early dismissals) had been stopped only thrice in 27, one of those on cuts.

There are also the gym legends of his power exhibited in sparring top peers.

For Lindsay, getting on a bit and with his style, I think he's ripe fodder here.

i can see a painful night for lindsay. selby looks quality and is on top form right now and on the up whereas lindsay has been inactive and even at his best would struggle to beat selby. selby to win by ko in 8

Absolutely he defo seems to be finding his power and tough as lindsay is, like you say I get the feeling that he might be slightly on the decline.

No offense, but the poll options are too limited. :D

    We needs "Points" or "KO".

...and it isn't a public poll...and there is no end date? :patsch

Sorry mate but you've bottled it.

I'm going to redo a proper version of the poll and merge it into this. Hope you don't mind.
