he needs to go back to basics, problem is everyone sucks his balls too much and his head inflates with all the compliments he gets, he got caught up in his own hype

he thought turning up was enough against bigfoot, had he trained harder and had more confidence in his cardio he might of let his hands go a bit more and finished him in the first few rds, he let bigfoot into the fight and let him think this guy aint all he is cracked up to be

I wonder if those elbows bigfeet landed did more damage from his back then it seemed at first. I remember watching them thinking that's gonna cause some problems. After those elbows, he was gassed. I might have to rewatch thast fight again, as much as it hurts me to do so, to see if I'm way off or not.

No, Overeem is not on Cains level... Cain would grind him down and turn his face into ground meat! Cain would rag doll the hype job known as the reem and do some serious GNP on that ass! :deal

Overeem should be happy that he got KTFO by Big Foot because he saved himself a more vicious beating from Cain... Plain and simple!

Yep, I'll go along with that Reem literally toyed with him for 2 Rounds thinking It was a formality. It sort of reminded me of Werdum-JDS when Werdum turned up looking a bit flabby and more or less was looking past JDS (even putting on weight to deal with Lesnar in an upcoming fight).

I hope they actually Make the Cigano/Cain rubber match now. Dos Santos wants it BAD and wont stop talking about it. I can tell him getting school is bothering him and he wants to make up for it ASAP. He was definitely off that night for whatever reason and took the L in zombie mode. Cain will most likely use the exact same strategy and JDS will be familiar with it now. Cain did take him down often but that was only because JDS would always scrmble back up. He showed he is real hard to keep down but never capitalized when he would get back up. If he threw more punches that fight might have been very different and i think he knows this from the interviews I've seen.

An observation i have of Overeem is his accuracy is pretty **** on his punches. he seems to wing his hooks and usually catches the top of their head with his forearm. I honestly think everything about Overeem is overrated . And how about those "vicious" knees hes known for he landed on Bigfoot from clinch lol. It makes me sound like a hater but that's just me calling it as i see it.

your boy may have been the better striker, but he got beat by the better FIGHTER.....in STRIKING .

And yea that's just my opinion, whats your opinion? that Overeem is this k-1 beast that had an "off" night when he just did what he always does under pressure?
