    looks legit...
    a few things.....gloves, Knock Out instead of boxing...and maybe less hair on the lion and more of a mean looking face....:good

    how about having Knock on one side, and Out on the other...with only Academy on the bottom ???

    Not taking colors into consideration, the logo alone on this one would be easier to mass produce(and probably more cost effective.
