Worst hype fight??

    **** me froch v kessler is a decent matchup at most, but it has to be the most stupidly hyped fight ive ever known. The media and eddie hearn go on as if this is one of the greatest fights of all time :rofl

    Personally doesnt excite me what so ever, and i was more pumped with the groves v degale fight then this. Kessler is well past prime now anyway so doubt it will even be a contest

    What other stupidely overhyped fights have there been in history like this??

    its a quality fight against two of the top level operators in the division.

    if you want over hyped fights then look at the likes of Haye-Wlad and Bradley-Alexander.

    It's a good fight and will be entertaining but I agree that the hype has been over the top. To hear Hearn talking about it on ifilm London is :lol:

    Kessler is not one of the top two in the division, andre ward is head and shouders above both of them. Not saying froch v kessler is a **** fight, it not its a good match up but hearn and sky are building this to be THE BIGGEST fight to ever be seen in britain which is complete BS.

    Lets face it kessler is not gonna win on points he is a quickly fading fighter. Its a poor division with ward being head and shoulders above the rest, but as hatton once said 'if he was fighting in my back garden, id shut the curtains' he is that boring to watch.

    The first fight was brilliant and i expect the second one will be ace too. To say kessler is past it is just ******ed i cant understand why peple are saying that... :patsch

    :yep That's all Froch is gonna be saying in the build up. Flattering Kessler by saying stuff like, "This is a fight between two proud warriors. Mikkel won't run and send the crowd to sleep like Ward did. He'll stand and trade like a proud warrior". Kessler is not that stupid. In fact it would be funny to see Kessler do a Dirrell and run all night long :lol:

    No one said it's a bad fight by the way. It's a good one, but it's nowhere near as important as some make out.

    Exactly, not saying its a bad fight just its easily the most stupidly and wrongly hyped fight ive known and wondered if any other fights were as wrongly hyped as this.
