If Chad Dawson fought off and out classed Hopkins..I think a very busy and hard hitting Tavoris is going to swarm Hopkins. I dont think it will be a stoppage, but I do not belive Hopkins can win this one. Even with Hopkins ability to continue to defy nature, this will be his last fight at the top echelon.

Tavoris so far has fed off of "old" big names Gonzales, Woods, Johnson etc. and has yet to prove against a young prime contender. But I still think he will take Hopkins.

it depends which cloud shows up to fight night. one version of cloud is scary to think about for hopkins. but the lazy version of cloud ; hopkins has a good chance staying in the fight , making it close , or even getting the win.

he had a very questionable win agaisnt campillo in texas.

comparing the 5'10" cloud to the 6'1" dawson is pretty negligent.

I've been ready for Hopkins to step aside for a decade. Not that I want to see him get seriously hurt (although Donovan McNabb might), but a clear loss might get him to step aside.

Anybody more active than Jean Pascal should be able to beat this shell of Hopkins.

I don't know what to expect from Hopkins anymore. Based on his performances since the Jones rematch, I think he's just about shot. It's getting more and more difficult for him to exploit the openings he sees. Dawson is just a bad matchup for the older Hopkins, but even against Pascal, he looked a bit shaky on his legs and looked like a shell of what he used to be. Cloud is unspectacular to say the least, but he's strong, determined, and powerful. With Hopkins' declining stamina, movement, and defensive reflexes, this works in Cloud's favor if he can work his way inside and push the pace.

This is the perfect fight for everybody, Hopkins included, to see where he stands and what he's currently capable of. Anything from a Cloud beat-down to a Hopkins schooling is within the realm of possibility in my mind. I wouldn't be terribly surprised with any outcome (aside from a Hopkins knockout victory).

It's really amazing to think Hopkins is fighting for another title 20 years after he first fought for one. 48 years old....incredible.

Look for a wide B-hop UD, which is only a false dawn, because Cloud is a B level fighter in my eyes.

I would not worry about Hopkins if he feels cloud is to much for him to handle he will fall on the floor in a tangle and claim his shoulder or elbow are injured and wont be able to continue

If Bhop has become totally shot then maybe Cloud.

If Bhop has even a slight percentage left he makes Cloud look very stupid.

Really hope it isn't the 1st option as Cloud wouldn't have been good enough to clean the sweat off a Prime Bhops nut suck.

Cloud is a bad fighter to become old overnight against.
He will not go out to have a jabbing contest or look cute...

Cloud will try & beat the **** out of you.
If Hops still has anything left B-Hop takes this fight IF not?
It could be a long night for Hopkins.

B-hop is waaay to smart to get his ass kicked by Cloud, at worst he'll get the decision loss

Cloud is training in big bear with his new trainer Abel Sanchez.

That could spell trouble for Hopkins.

Cloud is not very good. It should be a close fight with B-hop controlling enough rounds.
