thats what numerous posters are trying to tell you, devon couldnt sell tickets to his family for one of his fights, yet you insist on equating him to a mexican american fighting on mexicans biggest fight weekend in terms of drawing power. they do not compare, regardless of who the a side might be.

Well if Guerrero doesn't fight Floyd, he should unify with Malinaggi in April.

Not for me no. People can say 'he hasn't done much' but he's clearly done enough to get it in the first place so that's not a valid argument. A fight with Mayweather at this point no matter who you are is worth a $4M jackpot at least.

Especially when he is earning about $20M plus the rest. Tight fisted ****s pay a bit more for Christ sake!

Smart move by Guerrero, either cash-out big or carry your career to another level and earn big paydays. Eventually this fight will happen, if Mayweather doesn't mind fighting someone like Alexander, Gurrero will sure as hell remain a future candidate.

Actually, when you think about it, Guerrero just made a million dollars fighting Berto. This would be like fighting two HBO BAD fights. Surely he'd go for more, wouldn't you think? It will still crack 1 million buys, or close to it, and Floyd would get around 25-30 himself. 4 seems fair to me.

Guerrero hasn't earned anywhere close to 4M in his career. He's never been a TV or gate draw. Floyd is making 10X as much because he's generating all the interest.

well you'd be out of luck. 2.5 is a career high Payday for Guererro. He needs floyd, not the other way around. on top of that Guerrero is no superstar and hasn't done ****.

Now that the Pacquiao fight seems all but dead, I would have rather much seen Mayweather fight Trout

It's in the article quoting Jeff Mayweather about Pac-May in Dubai. He denied it?
