    Botha's trainer is livid. He insists they were told this was scheduled for 12.

    He alleges it was changed intentionally.

    Looks like Chauncey Welliver might seriously take this fight now. He refused before the Tank loss b/c Williams wasnt a true boxer, but now that he's got that "title", it may lure Chauncey back into the ring.:think

    I'd rather see Botha vs. Williams II (and you know Botha won't take as long to rev the engine next time, with a grudge to settle)...and Botha vs. Kimbo. :deal

    This was a set up schedule 12 round then they changed it in the 9th round when sonny was hurt.

    Yep. His trainer did. Announcer's were trying to gloss over it. Now they they said, "10 or 12, which was it?" and then just moved on. But they were surprised when the ref first said that the 10th would be the last.

    Botha thought it was 12. Boxrec and bookies had it 12. Announcers thought it was 12. It was a title fight. Unbelievable level of bull****.

    Still impressed with SBW, but he loses if they don't decide to cancel the rest of the fight once he's in trouble.
