SBW won, he did well, but was nearly gone in the 10th. The fight was supposed to be 12, but at the beginning of the 10th ref said last round. In a nutshell, SBW was saved by 2 disappearing rounds. Strange stuff indeed.

Mid way through the fight?? When do they change the rounds half way through the fight. They should have got Mundine to jump in the ring and start bashing Botha with a chair wrestling style. What a farce.
How can they change it half way through a fight, sure could understand if it was changed even an hour before the fight, or even a minute before the fighters hit the ring, but changing it in the 9th round is clear corruption and WBA need to investigate and order a rematch. I doubt Botha will let it past the 3rd round next time.
The announcers trying to sweep it under the rug was shameful. No offence, but I've noticed the announcers they use in Australia are pretty horrible in general, so I'd chalk it up to cowardice more than a conspiracy. Don't blame SBW, though. Doubt he had anything to do with it.
