I think Selby wins handsomely on points although I've got this feeling It could be a split or majority.
The bias of some of the Irish lads on here is a bit embarrassing. Just because someone is from your country doesn't mean you have to always pick them. Obviously not Skillspaythebills as he is a quality poster.
Hey, Lindsay was well up for it, that was my biggest concern, I think he was swinging a few too much telegraphed hooks and not showing his good jab enough, but Selby was impressive, very impressive, but like I said, one way or another Martin Lindsay is never a pushover, that was a great test for Selby
I thought Selby looked very good. Dealt with a quality domestic fighter with ease adn never really got out of second gear. He's heavy handed, big at the weight and takes a shot well. Tony Borg doesn't seem too bad either. It'll be interesting to see where he goes from here.
To be fair I didn't include you in that either, your post was very reasoned and you were right, Lindsay wasn't a push over. Nothing wrong with someone picking Lindsay either, it's just firstly a bit telling when you look at who voted in the poll and then a bit of an eye rolling moment when you see some of the comments about Selby on this thread by a couple of lads.
:good Nice one, I saw Lindsays high held guard being downfall. Doesn't defend body at all.. Thanks mate appreciate compliment :good.
