you haven't read many threads today i take it? but come on boxed, apart from a few guys, he's fought complete shot fighters, or complete nobodies. his run at heavy is very uninspiring. it's just... well... dull and bland. :deal

I don't know if Adamek said when he moved up "I'm going to face as many top fighters as I can and I'll try and clean up." But in retrospect he should have. That's exactly what he's done. I can think of another CW that moved up and didn't live up to what he preached. Juan Carlos Gomez, Mr Adamek has surpassed you young fella.

I still genuinely think it's hilarious that the usual types that come and spend hours every day moaning how this HW division is "the shitest era of all time" yet then choose to spend 24/7 telling us how great and how much of a HOF'er David Haye is who lets be honest since Lewis has retired is about the 14th best HW. It's mind boggling really. Although saying that the same characters will tell you how "amazing and Frazier like" DerricK Chisora is despite being one of the worst men to fight for a title this century. You're so predictable, it's not funny. Hell, I don't even expect you to criticize a Polish boxer for dodging his high profile mandatory to fight a regional journeyman (Szpilka ain't much more than that at the moment), but stop being so paranoid for a ****ing second. Adamek's not getting flak for being Polish but for getting by on awfully close decisions and robberies with shocking regularity while not granting rematches nor fighting his mandatory. Just **** him, really. His stock has dropped so bad, I wish he had retired immediately after the Vitali fight. Boxing would be better off without him.
