Pacquiao obviously only had two peak periods: from the time of the second Morales fight to the time of the second Barrera fight and from the time of the David Diaz fight to the time of the Shane Mosley fight. The two periods were of course interrupted by a brief one-fight reversion to greenness in March 2008 and post-Mosley Pacquiao should only be regarded as washed up or completely shot from all of the wars he had in that time.

So it should be completely obvious then that a peak Pacquiao always beats Marquez and that Marquez only benefited from cherrypicking a green or shot Pacquiao and clearly dodging him during his peak.
