Good scrap that. You'd have to think Macklin and co wouldn't be worried about Lee.

Not a good performance from Lee but he's better than that. He still has the quality to be able to beat the likes of Murray, Macklin or Barker for me. Though I wouldn't make him favourite vs, any except perhaps Murray

Yep, Booth knows Lee needs a few tune ups before stepping up in level again.

Remember Lindsay/Appleby? That was some fight...back in the Setanta days.

Lee looked ring rusty in there.

    Not his best performance.

Having said that I still think he is in the league of Macklin and barker.

    Yep! :yep

That and the Mathews fights were excellent. That's why I'm favouring Lindsay in this one, if he produces that level again I think he has too much for Selby. The atmosphere that night vs Appleby was quality.

I miss them Setanta days, some great domestic bills along with international cards.

Talking like a girl never stopped Beckham from being a superstar. Hearn & Kell have nothing to worry about.

Intrigued by this. Selby has almost looked too good, the miserable cynic in me says it must be too good to be true and it'll all go tits up soon.

Lee Selby looks exactly like the local Kebab man.

The hall the Appleby fight was staged in was great. Booth had a prospect on the undercard that got a bs decision and Booth bluntly said so after. Never saw that guy again.
