  1. Getting bladdered everyweek is just not the way forward man, I've become a strong believer in taking care of the body, and not just working out and looking good. The only thing I miss about it is talking to random girls which I don't often do now. But still if I'm seeing results in the gym etc I'm more than happy to drop all that bs.

  2. I think my 6pack is gonna come through within 6 weeks the way my diets going atm, craig have you kept yours?

I wouldn't say I've kept it. Here's a few pics from last week. I'm not happy with my quads hams so no pics but I'm working on them. I'm mainly maintaining size and working on strength right now. I've only recently started working abs again but hopefully I won't have to drop too much weight. Also Id like to point out that although the pics might be a bit poser, thats as far from how I am in real life as possible.

Do you lift in them? I need new gym shoes mine fell apart and I'm currently wearing my "going out" trainers.

Yea I lift in them and run in them from time to time. In my opinion they are great for both, super comfy. Also if you have an iPod or android there's a chip in the shoe so you can leave your phone at home and it'll still track your runs.

Nice. I might get a less lairy colour scheme though haha. Only because my calves are like toothpicks and bright colours make your feet stand out and look bigger.

Ha yea I can see why they don't appeal to everyone. I like bright when it comes to running shoes. They do them in some nice colours. The nike freeruns are supposed to be good for the gym.
