IF I was Marquez I'd demand the better part of a 80/20 split. The same split thats been given Marquez the last couple of fights vs Pacquiao.

Marquez is'nt as greedy as I am however. A 50/50 is likely to get Marquez on board, the question is whether Pacquiao will agree to get his ass KO'd again for that type of split. :yep:bbb

 

Personally don't think he needs to take this fight, but what will be will be.

 

Pac never had to give Marquez a fight after the first one, so it would be good on Marquez's part to do the same. IMO.

It was Marquez doing Manny the favor by giving him a chance to redeem himself when a majority of fans had him losing.

A 5th doesn't need to happen.

 

Had Pacquiao beaten Marquez clearly, then you would have a point. Had the 4th fight been a controversial decision win for Marquez, then you would also have a point.

None of that happened.

 

jmm will still make less than lion share ....but more than last fight. pacquiao will still make decent amt fighting nobodies if need be but jmm cannot.

I hope Marquez brings team Pacquiao down to at least 140lbs and they both go with vada or usada for additional drug tests.
If not then team PAC can gtfo and look else where. They don't have a say other than higher purse amount.

 

Yeah i'm sure that Marquez is going to push for that. Get real dude. Maybe he can work out something with USADA like Floyd. Vada is a non-starter.

I assume you mean the drug tests. It seems to me Marquez doesn't give a **** about additional testing weather he's cheating or not. That's not the case with Manny's corner. The request would be nothing more than to get under their skin; being and taking advantage of the position he's in right now where team Pac would have to agree if they want the fight to happen.
