Any idea of his opponent on the JLD v dolan bill? I'm going to this and hope it is a decent test and not a cruiserweight import. Haven't been impressed with him at all and would be surprised if he was domestic class but will happily be wrong

Dont rate the kid, theres better novice prospects in the British Heavyweight division at present, much better.

Seen him twice very big and yet too mature as a hw if he can train / spar well
He may come along at just the right time 12/18 months from now

Whyte is a much bigger prospect ATM though

If he wants to improve i think he has to get a better trainer . id be here all day if i was to point out his mistakes. i watched paul geddes give him pads on youtube and wasnt too impressed . he was throwing his punches that fast that his technique was all wrong. he defo doesnt punch his weight. i havent seen any improvement in any of his fights and cant see him even fighting for a british title let alone winning one.

You'll eat those words. The quality sparring has only just started. The last few fights prior to his next outing on the 15 were undertaken with little to none.

Nothing special. I have seen him fight he has no real power.

The minute he steps up he will fail.

Dillian Whyte and Carl Spencer. I dont rate Ian Lewison but he is better than Cornish aswell.

The list of excellent fighters who are less than technically sound is long and at times distinguished. True story.

Dave Allen? He is good but should be fighting at cruiserweight in my opinion.

I've heard mixed stories, both have had good sparring with the likes of Skelton and Anthony Joshua. Heard Spencer stopped Towers in the amateurs.

Was a points win but going round was a stoppage for some reason, have it on good authority the sparring stories are true but guess we'll never know unless they fight
