It just seems as though you're bagging him out for retiring, whatever the reason someone here gives, maybe it is because of his 2nd child? Yes he would have known it was coming, but have you had kids? can you honestly say that the emotion you feel when they are conceived rivals the emotion felt upon their birth? I respect Danny for all that he has achieved, he lost some and won some, and i respect him still for his decision, whatever the reason. Good on him for doing what he thinks is right... from a fans point of view, the only good thing about it is Mundine won't fight him again and may actually go after someone he hasn't beat before.

im gonna miss him... i got no issues with him pulling out... for one reason or another his heart isnt in it and thats a good enough reason to quit immediatley. he won a title and finished with it in hand. He has a great story and i hope he has a great future and enjoys being a dad full time.
