Mate just a thought, how about you stop bringing Mundine into everything, It's growing very tiresome .

Im a bit devastated as I would have loved to see him get one more crack at a belt but wish the bloke all the best. A warrior who deserves more accolades than he gets. Thanks Mick.

Mick, thanks for every minute of excitement you provided us in the ring. In a profession that is a minefield of corruption, you'll be remembered for standing tall. Best wishes for the future, man.

 Hooper. He does have a point though. "Out of respect..." he hasn't died!

Unfortunately, IMO, he'll be forgotten in no time at all. Lost helluva admirers due to his antics in hometown Toowoomba over the years.

It was time for Katsidis to retire, but if he had had the right trainer, sparring, etc., he had the ability to have become a champion.

Mick wants to tell the story to his fans next Thursday and I respect that. I wasn't going to
go running around saying what happened.

Lucky enough to see him dominate Escobedo in Vegas...never seen Mexicans so quiet than that time...

The word warrior is overused these days, but Michael Katsidis is undoubtedly one. Probably good in a way that he's been forced to stop. Too much courage for his own good really.

enjoyed watchin him fight, but have so many doubts, drugs have been a huge problem in his circle, new him as a kid, know a bit of his history, some good some bad, boxin fans either like him or dont and my opinion wont change their view, but he is not going to go any higher is he anyway, only way is down,so pullin the plug now makes sence
