How much Money does T. Thompson get for letting these HW's beat his ass?
(He might have the best job in boxing?)

Best job? Getting hit by the biggest right hand in boxing today? No way!!
It's hardly a step up, but I'm sure he'll get some experience being pitted against an experienced, big fighter.

I believe in Price. But we desperately need him to fight an opponent who stands more of a chance. Fingers crossed the next fight is with a more credible opponent.

Thompson is overrated and he's been done for awhile so at this point, he wont pose any kind of threat to Price..

    Price beats him easily..

I never understood why a few people thought so highly of Thompson. He's nothing but a out-of-shape HW, a lower B level fighter at best.

Price knocking out TT earlier than Wlad will mean absolutely nothing.
Wlad never pushes for an early ko , even though his opponents enter the ring on a zimmer frame.
    Its not his style.

If Price wants experience with a tall southpaw he should of hired him for sparring instead of wasting the fans time with a pointless fight.
Its Priceys own fault for staying amateur so long , now he needs to **** or get off the pot

Thompson prob getting paid more than 75% of the top P4P'ers on the list.
(For doing nothing but being a punching bag)

can someone please explain to me why this fight is 5 stars out of 5 according to boxrec?

  9. I am really intrested in this fight .. Thompson is more like an step-up .. he will test Price with his experience. I am looking forward to see this fight and I think the fight will run through the whole distance.

its still theoretically a step up against a world title challenger, hes had less fights than Wilder yet has fought better opposition by far , you tell wilder to get off the pot (plus why dont you give such crap out to Cleverly???, many others do saying hes opposition is not up there) I guess with you its a case of "If Your face Fits"

Both are top 15 in the division on boxrec aren't they?

Should be a good fight, missed Prices last fight because nobody would go to it but looking forward to going to this. A few good fights on the undercard as well, hopefully Satchell will win too.

This is a decent fight for Price considering he is gaining experience. Not sure why so many call this fight 'pointless'.

Clev is a champ. He's fighting his mandtorys. He fought Bellew.Went to America to get recognition. He's looking for the big fights but cant get them. Hop and Froch turned him down..........Fury took a challenge years ago and faced unbeaten Chisora. He already fought and beat a world title challenger. He tried to get fights with Adamek and Charr but got turned down.......Price had is fill of old timers already. A third one in a row is a complete joke.

Thompson is a two time world title challenger, how is it good for Fury yet bad for Price? And before you say he is 41 what does it matter if his last fight was a title fight? Kevin Johnson had fought for a title 3 years before the Fury fight and had lost to Tor Hamer since then, Tony Thompson fought for a world title only 7 months ago in his last fight so how can you rate Kevin Johnson as a better opponent than Tony Thompson?
